• Safety, Not Statistics: My goal isn’t to see how many items I can scan in an hour; it’s to ensure that when I leave, your equipment is genuinely safe.

• Bonus Workplace Safety Check: My expertise extends to a career-long history of health and safety. If I spot risks during my rounds—like trip hazards from extension leads, cables crushed under table legs, or cracked sockets—I will pinpoint these for you at the end of my visit.

• I Move with Your Staff: I strategically identify the areas of least activity to begin my work. As your team moves, I move with them, shifting to open spaces so I am never a hurdle for your customers or your workflow.

• Critical Equipment Protection: If you have special equipment that cannot be switched off—such as servers, modems, routers, or POS tills—I will identify these with you before I begin. We can then conduct a visual-only test to ensure safety with zero disruption to your connectivity or sales.
